When I was little, I dreamed of becoming a National Geographic photographer. I was obsessed with the wild—the untold stories, the magic, the mystery of the outdoors. I remember running through the woods behind my little red house in the mountains, climbing trees barefoot, carving out walking trails on our property, and recording bird songs while taking careful field notes.
Growing up in Vermont meant a love for the outdoors was ingrained in my DNA. And now, I get to help couples create elopement days that are just as wild, deeply meaningful, and absolutely unforgettable.

One of the first decisions that couples make is deciding where they would like to get married (and it’s a big decision!). With over 10 years of elopement photography and planning experience, I help guide my couples through the process of finding the perfect location that speaks to them.
One of the first things I provide is my Location Scouting Questionnaire, which includes personalized questions and recommendations about what is most important to you on your elopement day. Do you love hiking in the mountains or is an easygoing, calm day on the beach more your scene? From this questionnaire, I’ll send custom location recommendations for your elopement day so that you can enjoy the most beautiful, experience-centered celebration together.
